Senior Pastor
Ron Neff

Pastor Ron and his wife Cyndi are a blessing to the church. Through their faith, hope, and love, they exemplify a Godly relationship and have inspired others to follow the grace and truth of Christ. Pastor Ron has a shepherd's heart and is a gifted preacher and teacher. He has an incredible hunger to know God deeper and to edify others about Jesus. Cyndi's passion is encouraging homemakers to be virtuous women and strengthen marriages and families.

The Neff desires to see hearts and homes honoring the Father through intimacy and friendship with the Holy Spirit and one another. Ron holds a Bachelor's degree from the Christian Life School of Theology, Columbus, GA., and has been a past member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. Ron and Cyndi have also completed a 3-year Pastoral Leadership program (WINGS) at Elim Fellowship, where Pastor Ron is ordained as a credential holder (see www.elimfellowship.org).

The Neffs reside in the Lewistown area. They are the proud parents of three adult children: Ryan (wife Laura), Samantha (husband Andrew), Johnathan (wife Amelia), and six grandchildren (one in heaven).

Elder
Terri Johnson

Elder Terri Johnson and her husband Rodney (deacon) have been long-time leaders within Grace Covenant Church. They have been especially active with Women's and Men's Ministries and have also been vital Student Ministry leaders. Terri is a gifted and humble teacher with a prophetic anointing. She also has a passion for prayer.

Rodney has a substantial gift of encouragement and evangelism. The Johnsons have a heart for families and desire to see the generations come together to honor God. They reside in the Reedsville area and are the proud parents of two adult children, Joelle (husband Danny) and Kelsey (husband Nate), and six grandchildren.

Elder
Randy Pebble

Elder Randy Pepple and his wife Brook (deacon) have a heart for the things of God and His Church. Randy is a gifted teacher with a humorous heart and a love of history that flavors his style of ministry. Brook has a passion for God and a desire to serve Christ with her whole heart.

Brook is a vital leader in our Audio and Visual ministry at the church. Randy also serves with the worship team. Randy and Brook have hearts to see people worshipping God with heart, soul, mind, and strength and loving each other with the kindness and faithfulness of Christ. The Pepple's reside in the Lewistown area with their dog Pounce.

Elder
Adam Bachert

Elder Adam Bachert and his wife Alexis are passionate about helping the generations to act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with our God. Adam is an anointed worship leader who understands the grace-filled approach to encountering God. Adam and Alexis have been long-serving Youth (teen) leaders for many years. They also serve with our Food Distribution Ministry, delivering to shut-ins. They have also been active in small group ministries, including men’s and women’s ministries.

Adam and Alexis desire to see God’s goodness reach and transform families. The Bacherts live in the Strodes-Mills area with their six young children: Elyse, Jaycen, Charlie, Shia, Brooklyn, and Norah.

Elder
Larry Shaffer Jr.

Elder Larry Shaffer Jr. has been a long-time leader at Grace Covenant Church. Larry and his wife Dawn have a heart to see people Spirit-born, Spirit-formed, Spirit-filled, and Spirit-led. Larry is a gifted preacher with an evangelistic anointing and prophetic voice. He has also served in various capacities, including prison and men’s ministry teams.

Both Larry and Dawn have been long-standing members of our worship team and are passionate about seeing families set free and walking in wholeness. The Shaffers live in Decker Valley and have four adult children: Vincent, Oksana (h-Andrew), Tavi (w-Emma), Ossie (h-Danny), teenager Oren, and four grandchildren.

Ministry Pastor
Barb Mineno

Pastor Barbara has a heart for the hurting and downcast. Her compassion through word and song ministry inspires hope in the hopeless and joy in the distressed and sorrowful. She has been pastoring our Hand-of-Grace congregation since the inception of our food distribution ministry in 1999 and ministers in various ways in our community.

Her passion is to see people completely set free by God's love and grace. Barb holds a Bachelor's degree from the Christian Life School of Theology in Columbus, GA. She lives in the Strodes-Mills area with her cats. She has five adult children: Cindy (in heaven), Tina, Tim, Justin, and Jason.
